I've been a business owner, a sales professional, an educator, a curriculum developer, a marketing specialist, a global education leader, and a keynote speaker who has commanded audiences of 2,500+. Globally trained and credentialed: CIDESCO Diplomate, CIBTAC certified. Through almost three decades of experience, not in a lecture hall, in the rooms where it matters, I developed my own perspective on how people learn, decide, and act, drawing on behavioral science and what I witnessed firsthand across every seat I held in this industry.

My career started in South Africa. Formally trained and credentialed before most people my age knew what they wanted to do. The kind of foundation that opens doors. Which is exactly what it did.

A stint in Bahrain as a flight attendant took me across the Middle East and beyond. It looked like a detour. Throughout my journey across four continents I learned to read a room in seconds. To communicate across cultures. To create a consistent experience regardless of who is in the room. Skills I use every single day.

Then back to what I love. My own business in South Africa, early in my career, before most people would have dared. Then London. Then the United States, where everything accelerated.

From treatment room to executive strategy, I've held every seat in this industry. I've sat where you sit. I know the pressure, the gaps, the presentations and conversations that don't land the way you need them to. That perspective is what makes this different.

Regardless of where I was in the world, regardless of the brand or the market or the team, the professionals who consistently outperformed everyone else didn't inform. They educated. I've changed the minds of founders, leaders, and teams who didn't think they needed what I was bringing. What happened after made the case for me. I've built foundational sales and education infrastructure from the ground up: new hire onboarding, education systems, and curriculum for entire commercial ecosystems including sales, marketing, education, concierge, and front-of-house teams. Organizations still run on systems I built years after I moved on.
